CNC Machine Services is pleased to offer control and drives retrofits for all the machines that we service.  We can replace your old controls with Vickers 2100 controls or Fanuc controls and drives.  This brings new life to your CINCINNATI MILACRON machine.   

The Vickers 2100 control is PC compatible,  runs on Windows NT, can run third party software and can be networked to your system.  With the 2100 control you can use your existing spindle and axis drives and you can update your drives at a later date.

The Fanuc control retrofit must include spindle and axis drives as a package.  We can install  digital scales to either control to increase the accuracy and repeatability  of your machine.

We can add that fourth axis that you have always wanted, which will give you more flexibility to machine more of the part with a single setup.  

Are you still punching paper tape?  We can supply and install Greco Company products to your control which will eliminate tapes and let you make programs on your PC using a standard word processor or CAD / CAM.  We can also convert your control memory load tapes to disk which can be loaded through the Greco unit.
